DATE : JULY 19, 2022 ORDER :- After having heard learned counsel for the applicant, the Court expressed disinclination to grant the applicant bail, mainly on the ground that he has criminal antecedents. Learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, came around to withdraw the application. 2.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The trial Court is requested to frame charge at the earliest and conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
