We have heard Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

In view of the findings in Regular Civil Appeal No. 36 of 2001, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition cannot be considered.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel submits that even, land in excess of 24 R from Gut No. 126 is being affected.

In that case, the petitioner has remedy to move the office of the T.I.L.R. or such competent office to effect the measurement after following due procedure.

The writ petition is disposed. No costs.
