After hearing learned counsel for some time, he seeks leave to withdraw present Revision Application with liberty to approach the learned Family Court at Aurangabad with a prayer for modification of order, since he is ready to deposit maintenance amount and also paying school fees directly to the School Authorities.

In view of above statement, the Revision Application stands disposed of. Hence the order :-

ORDER

(I) The applicant is permitted to withdraw present Revision Application with liberty to approach the learned Family Court at Aurangabad for modification of order.

(II) If such application is filed, it shall be decided as early as possible in accordance with law.

(III) Revision Application stand disposed of.
