The learned counsel for Applicant submits that pending appeal, this Court has granted the custody of the minor son to the Applicant for a short period during summer vacation. The learned counsel has pointed out those orders passed by this Court. The learned counsel for the Respondent has no objection if the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
