Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner.

We do not find any proper reason for directing respondent No.1 to handover the investigation of the crime to the State Crime Investigation Department. It is to be noted that the First Information Report came to be lodged under the orders of this Court and before that a committee was appointed consisting of the Deputy Collector, Tahsildar, Naib Tahsildar and Senior Clerk. It appears that the said petition was Criminal Writ Petition No.590 of 2019 filed by the present petitioner.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner, from the petition, failed to point out the mala fides against the present investigating officer. Therefore, we do not find any merit in the present Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed.
