. Heard learned Counsel appearing for the applicants and learned Counsel appearing for the respondent/ Insurance Company. Having regard to the grounds of objections raised in the memo of appeal in exception to the impugned Judgment and considering the averments in the application for withdrawal of the amount, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order.

ORDER

1. The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Balance

2 CA5100.2017.doc 50% of the amount be invested in FDR in any nationalized bank initially for the period of two years and if so required for the further period till disposal of the appeal.

2. Civil applications stand disposed of.
