This unregistered civil application is tendered across the bar to bring LR's of deceased Respondent No. 4 - Kantilal Sahebrao Bhos on record in Second Appeal No. 1254 of 2005.

The Application spells out the reason for delay caused in bringing LR's of deceased on record. Learned Counsel Mr. V. R. Dhorde appearing on behalf of proposed Respondents i.e., LR's of deceased Respondent No. 4 has no objection to allow application. He contends that in Second Appeal No. 811/2005 the LR's of deceased Respondents are already on record.
