Mr. Yenegure, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is due to retire at the end of June-2021. The validation proceeding is pending since the year-2018. The vigilance is completed but the report is not yet served.

The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 07.07.2021.

The petitioner shall get the copy of the Vigilance Report and file his say preferably

2 wp 7029.2021 within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the Vigilance Report.

Considering that the petitioner is due to retire at the end of June-2021, the Scrutiny Committee shall endeavour to decide the proceeding within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
