The petitioners have placed reliance on the judgment of the Division Bench of this court in the case of Smt.Savitribai Narsayya Guddapa Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others ( 2014 (6) ALL MR 175), and submit that the cases of the petitioners are covered by the said judgment. 3.
It is submitted that the petitioners have filed representations on 15.3.2015, 6.4.2015, 19.3.2015, 17.3.2015, 24.3.2015, 10.1.2015, 6.4.2015 to the respondent authorities to grant benefits to the petitioners, keeping in view the service record of the petitioner, and also the judgment of the Division Bench of
(3) this Court in the case of Smt.Savitribai Narsayya Guddapa (supra), 4.
The petitions are disposed of with direction to respondent nos. 1 to 3 to take appropriate decision on the representations of the petitioners after verifying the date of retirement of respective petitioners and in the light of the judgment of the Division Bench in the case of Smt.Savitribai Narsayya Guddapa (supra), as expeditiously as possible, however, on or before 30th May, 2015.
Petitions stand disposed of.
