PER COURT :- Learned counsel appearing for the State has placed on record a communication issued by the Joint Director of Higher Education, Jalgaon, wherein, it has been recorded that the State Government has issued a clarification that appropriate decision in respect of according approval to the Educational Institutions who have been issued letter of intent, would be taken before 15.6.2016. The communication is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
