This application is filed seeking leave to file appeal against the judgment and order dated 24th January, 2013 passed by the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Kopargaon, Dist. Ahmednagar in Sessions Case No. 31/2007. The original informant has already filed Criminal Appeal No. 338 of 2013 under Section 372 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the said appeal has already been admitted. In that view of the matter, for the same reasons, which are assigned in the said order
