Though number of prayers have been made, the learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to consider the report submitted by the respondent No.7 dated 31.01.2025.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to consider the report dated 31.01.2025 (Exhibit - 'K') and complaint dated 18.09.2024, and take appropriate decision/steps in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within six weeks.
