Per Court :

In the present application, vide order passed on 09.10.2015, the execution of the Award impugned in the present appeal was stayed subject to deposit of entire amount of the Award by the applicants within 10 weeks. The record shows that, since the Acquiring Body did not deposit the amount of compensation as was directed by this Court, the interim stay was vacated vide order passed on 13.01.2017. The Civil Application for stay therefore does not survive and stands disposed of.
