PER COURT :- Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned AGP appearing for the respondent State. On perusal of the impugned orders and material on record, it appears to me that both the petitions can be finally disposed of by passing the following order:-

ORDER

I) The Sub-Divisional Officer, Chalisgaon, is directed to hear and decide the appeals filed by the present petitioners as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

II) Both the petitions stand disposed of.
