The petitioner is employed as a Pharmacist in respondent No.3 - Zilla Parishad, Hingoli, whose request for inter-district transfer to Zilla

4947.19wp (2) Parishad, Nanded was under process since the year 2015. The consent was invited by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Hingoli from the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded for interdistrict transfer of the petitioner way back in 2015, which remained unanswered and unprocessed.

In the aforesaid background, the petitioner made representation on 8th February, 2019 to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded seeking his inter-district transfer from Zilla Parishad, Hingoli to Zilla Parishad, Nanded on the post of Pharmacist. 3.

Having regard to the fact that the proposal of the transfer of the petitioner was earlier processed in 2015 and remained pending, we feel it appropriate to direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take decision on the proposal of the transfer of the petitioner from Zilla Parishad, Hingoli to Zilla Parishad, Nanded, expeditiously.
