DATE :
14th December, 2015 PER COURT :
1.
These are applications for condonation of delay in filing appeals under section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act. The applications are by the acquiring authority.
2.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicants as well as learned AGP appearing for non applicant No.2. None for the non-applicants/original complaints despite service.
3.
Delay in fling appeals is properly explained. The 1/2
47.odt delay appears to have been caused because of conscious decision was required to be taken at different levels. The avermens made in the applications are not controverted by filing counter affidavit. It seems that non applicants/original claimants have no objection for condonation of delay as they are absent despite service. Hence, for the stated reason, the applications are allowed. Delay in filing appeals is condoned. 4.
Civil Applications stand disposed of.
