We have heard Mr. Nagori, the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel submits that against the order dated 30th March, 2016 wherein in the said order directions are given to delete the name of the petitioner as an Auditor for five years is assailed before the Hon'ble Minister in a Revision. So also, the stay petition is filed however the same is not being heard. The learned counsel has also made submissions on the merits of the matter.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has already filed Revision along with stay petition before the Hon'ble Minister/State, it would be appropriate for the State/Authority to

In light of that the respondent No. 1/State shall decide the said application filed by the petitioner expeditiously, considering the urgency in the matter and preferably within a period of three
