On hearing learned Counsel for parties, we are inclined to dispose of present writ petition by directing the concerned Respondent No.3 - Chief Executive Officer, Nashik to grant approval to petitioner's mutual transfer as already granted by Respondent No.2 - Chief Executive Officer, Dhule. The issue of caste validity certificate which is pending and therefore, at this stage, in the facts and circumstances of the case cannot be the reason not to consider the case in accordance with law and policy.

Present petition is disposed of. The concerned respondent to deal 1 / 2
