We have already passed the order on 18.04.2017 in the Writ Petitions.

We clarify that under our order dated 18.04.2017, we had observed that the parents and the students can use the text books of private publications for reference. As per the Circular dated 14.02.2017, there is no Bar for the parents and the students to use the text books published by the private publications, however, as per the said Circular, the schools would be imparting education and teaching the students from the text books of N.C.E.R.T.

With this clarification and in view of the order passed on 18.04.2017, the Writ Petition stands disposed.
