The petitioners who are employees of the co-operative bank which has gone in liquidation are seeking some service benefits. 2.

The writ petition is still to be heard and decided. However, the liquidator in reply to this civil application has given the statistics describing the amount of gratuity, leave salary etc. which according to his calculations petitioners are entitled to. 3.

Keeping open the issue regarding the entitlement of the petitioners, when the bank is admitting the liability to the extent mentioned in the statistics (page 50) with the reply, we direct the bank to deposit that money with this Court within three weeks.

The petitioners shall be entitled to receive the amount shown against their names subject to the usual undertaking. 5.

Civil application is disposed of.
