The petitioners have put forth prayer clauses B, C and D as under : - B] By issuing a writ of mandamus, orders, directions or any other appropriate writ in the like nature, direct Respondent No. 4- management to pay salaries of the petitioners from the dates of their respective appointments;

C] By issuing a writ of mandamus, orders, directions or any other appropriate writ in the like nature, direct Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to take a decision on the proposal dated 30th May, 2014 forwarded by Respondent No. 4 - management in respect of releasing grants to those Divisions on which, the petitioners are appointed and serving as Assistant Teachers;

D] Pending hearing and final disposal of this writ petition, direct Respondent No.4-management to pay salaries of the petitioners from the dates of their respective appointments, and for that purpose, issue necessary orders;

The petitioners claim that their proposal dated 30th May, 2014 has been forwarded by the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad to respondent no. 2. The same is still not decided.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent no. 2 that, if the said proposal is still not decided, the same shall be decided by following the due procedure laid down in law, within 60 days from today. Needless to state, that if the proposal is favourably decided and grants are sanctioned, the petitioners claim for salaries as per the grants shall be considered by the competent authorities within 30 days from such decision.
