The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that though the complaint is

filed with the concerned police station, concerned police station has not taken cognizance of the said complaint. Therefore, Petitioner filed application/complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Beed on 16th April 2015. However, said application/complaint is also kept pending and no action is taken on the said application.

In that view of the matter, ends of justice would meet in case the Superintendent of Police, Beed is directed to decide the said application/complaint of the Petitioner dated 16th April 2015 as expeditiously as possible, however within THREE WEEKS from the date of receiving the order passed by this Court, if the same is not yet decided. The Superintendent of Police, Beed is directed accordingly.

The Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
