The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have filed the application for restoration of the writ petition along with prayer to condone the delay of 193 days. The learned counsel

2 36&37 submits that accidentally he failed to notice the listing of the matter before the Registrar (Judicial), and, as such, the matter was dismissed. He has thereafter immediately moved an application for restoration, as such, delay is caused.

The delay of 193 days in filing the restoration application is condoned. The order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dated 11.09.2023 to the extent of the present applicants is quashed. The applicants are granted six (06) weeks time to remove office objections. In the even, the applicants failed to remove the office objections within the given time, the order of the Registrar (Judicial) dated 11.09.2023 would stand restored.
