Even after second call none appeared on behalf of the appellants. On face of record, it appears that on 03.09.2013 the appellants instituted present appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 13.12.2012 passed by the First Appellate Court in RCA No.199/2006 arising out of judgment and decree dated 17.08.2005 passed by the learned trial Court in RCS No.125/1997, whereby the suit of the plaintiff has been dismissed and said decree was confirmed by the learned First Appellate Court, therefore the appellant might have lost interest.

Under these circumstances, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
