2] The tale of the prosecution case shows the arrogance of the present applicant towards the law enforcing machinery. The First Information Report is lodged by police sub inspector. When he was discharging night patrolling duty, he found that a truck driven by present applicant was parked haphazardously. Therefore, when the enquiry was made by the police sub inspector to the present applicant, he started the said truck and drove in such a fashion so as to cause serious bodily injuries to the first informant and his

The medical report of the first informant shows that he has suffered injuries which substantiates statement of facts which he has asserted in the FIR. Therefore, submission of the learned counsel for the applicant that the police officer demanded amount from the applicant and since it was not paid, he is being falsely involved, is absolutely concocted story. The attitude of the applicant appears to be the sheer arrogance. Further the applicant is resident of Sultanpur, U.P. Therefore, it will be very hard to secure his presence. Investigation is also in progress. Hence application is rejected.
