On 04.07.2023, this Court (Coram: Mangesh S. Patil and Shailesh P. Brahme, JJ.) passed the following order:- "Matter was allowed to be circulated and is appearing today on board for withdrawal.

Now the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that his client has changed the mind and does not want to withdraw. This is a sheer abuse of the process of the Court.

Petitioner shall deposit costs of Rs.1000/- in the office within two weeks."
