The applicant has taken out this application to enable service of notice upon respondent No.1 on his new address as specified in the application. Mr.Patni states that so far as respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are concerned, he seeks to delete them from the present proceedings.

Accordingly, the civil application is allowed to the extent that a fresh notice be issued to respondent No.1 on the new address and respondent Nos. 2 and 3 stand deleted from the array of respondents in the writ petition. Applicant to carry out necessary amendment forthwith. Re­verification dispensed with.
