The petitioners pray that L.A.R. No. 90/2019 pending before the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Vaijapur, be decided out of turn. 2.

The above stated proceeding is hardly three years old. Normally, this Court passes an order expediting the hearing in special circumstances or where the proceedings are pending for a long time. L.A.R. No. 90/2019 cannot be said to be a pending proceeding since it is just three years that the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Vaijapur is dealing with the said matter.

In view of the above and considering that there are several

2 977-wp 7169-2022.odt litigants waiting in queue for having their matters decided, we do not intend to issue any directions. Nevertheless, we would only observe that in the pending L.A.R. cases, L.A.R. No. 90/2019 be taken up in due course as it involves rights of agriculturists. 4.

This petition is disposed of.
