Mr.Panpatte, learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the

2 6-WP-4998 and 5001 Institution has forwarded proposals to the Education Officer seeking approval to the appointments of the petitioners as Shikshan Sevaks, however, the said proposals are pending. 2.

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent no.1 and Mr.Tope, learned Counsel accepts notice on behalf respondent no.2.

In case the proposals seeking approval to the appointments of the petitioners are pending, the Education Officer concerned shall decide the same in accordance with the provisions of law, expeditiously and preferably, within a period of four months from the date of this order.

Both the Writ Petitions stand disposed of accordingly. No costs.
