Mr.Panpatte, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the proposals seeking approval to the appointments of the petitioners are pending with respondent no.2 - Education Officer, however, no decision has been taken by respondent no.2.

Issue notice to the respondents. The learned AGP waives notice on behalf of the respondents.

The learned AGP submits that in case the proposals are pending, respondent no.2 - Education Officer would decide the same on their own merits.

In case the proposals seeking approval to the appointments of the petitioners are pending, respondent no.2 shall decide the same on their own merits and in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably, within a period of four months from today.

With these directions, the Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
