Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the applicant/original petitioner has repaid the entire loan amount under 'One Time Settlement Scheme' and accordingly, respondent No.1 Bank has issued a 'No Dues Certificate.' Learned counsel has shown said communication of the bank. Same is taken on record. On perusal of the same, it appears that, Respondent Bank has issued No Dues Certificate and also has no objection for refund of the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the applicant before this Court.
