By this application, the applicant is seeking temporary bail during the pendency of the substantive appeal. He is a convict. 2.

The learned Prosecutor has relied upon a copy of the communication dated 07/06/2021, received by him from the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, informing him that applicant Subhash Shankerappa Satbhai has been granted emergency parole under Rule 19 (1) (C) of the the Maharashtra Prisons (Mumbai Furlough and Parole) Rules, 1959, on 28/05/2021. The said communication is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.
