PER COURT :- Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3, on instructions, makes statement that, in pursuance of the notice issued on 17.4.2015, the encroachment appearing along side the State high way have already been removed on 22.4.2015 and the instant petition has been rendered infructuous. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not agree with the statement made on behalf of the Municipal Council. However, without going into the merits of controversy, we dispose of the petition having been rendered infructuous, keeping open option of petitioners to avail remedies available in law. (V.K.
