Since the appeal is admitted, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause "B", subject to deposit of entire decretal amount, in this Court, within a period of twelve weeks. It is clarified that there will not be extension of time to deposit on any count and if the applicants fail to deposit the said amount, as directed, it shall be treated that there is no stay.

02.

The civil application is disposed of in the above terms.
