By order dated 15.10.2019, this court has referred the affidavit filed by the respondent-landlord wherein it is stated that pursuant to the warrant of possession issued in execution proceedings the respondent-landlord has obtained the possession of the suit premises on 18.09.2019. The possession receipt also produced on record. In the said order, last chance was given to the applicant with clear understanding that if none appears for the applicant on the next date, the revision application shall be dismissed. However, even thereafter, none present for the revision applicant. 3.
In view of the same, civil revision application is hereby

In view of dismissal of civil revision application, nothing survives for consideration in civil application No. 6341 of 2019 and the same is also disposed of.
