Since the father-in-law of the petitioner is informed to be 100% blind, it is claimed by the petitioner that he is entitled to transfer under Government Resolution dated 18.06.2024. The scheme on which the petitioner has placed reliance, is not included in the same. That being so, there is no substance in the petition as the petitioner has no right to claim any relief. 3.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed.
