Learned counsel for the applicant seeks withdrawal of the application since charge has been framed long back, with liberty to request the trial court to expedite the hearing of trial and conclude the same within a reasonable time.

In view of above, bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Trial Court is requested to examine the material witnesses and conclude the trial within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If same is not concluded within the time frame, the applicant is at liberty to move for bail thereafter.
