In both these petitions, the date of hearing in the validity claims cases is 18th May, 2023. The learned AGP submits that the said claims would be finally decided by 15th June, 2023.

In view of the above statement made in the Court, both these petitions are disposed off with the following directions : - a] Both the petitioners shall wholeheartedly cooperate with the Committee and shall refrain from seeking adjournments on unreasonable / trivial grounds, lest, the committee would be justified in progressing to the next stage in the proceeding.

B] Considering the statement made, we expect the committee to decide the claims of these petitioners on or before 15th June, 2023.
