CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.

DATED : 25th JUNE, 2018.

...

PER COURT :

1.

I have heard the learned advocate for the applicant. His conduct in litigation is also noted from the record available. A Bailable Warrant also had to be issued against him. The judgment of this Court dated 24/01/2017 was challenged before the Honourable Apex Court and the SLP was dismissed on 13/10/2017.

2.

The applicant is present in the Court.

3.

Learned advocate for the original respondent No.

2 1-ca-5532-18 in wp-5316-15.odt 5 submits that he would consent for an extension of time as a last chance only up to 15th July, 2018. This Management has made him run from pillar to post and has made an attempt to tire him out in litigation.

3.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits, on instruction, that an amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees two lacs only) would be deposited forthwith in this Court. 4.

Considering the above, this Civil Application is partly allowed as follows :- (a) The applicant shall deposit an amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- as per his own statement, in this Court, on or before 29/06/2018.

(b) The remaining unpaid amount shall be deposited on or before 16/07/2018.

(c) No further requests for extension of time would be entertained.
