The petitioner seeks writ of mandamus against respondent no.2/ Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahilyanagar for consideration of his request for transfer at a suitable place in accordance with the policy pertaining to the couple convenience. His representation dated 16.08.2024 (Page 13 of the paper book) has been pending with respondent no.2. 2.

The learned advocate Mr. Avinash D. Aghav who appears suo motu for respondent no.2 submits that appropriate decision in accordance with law on the representation shall be taken as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks.
