The Petition can be conveniently disposed of with directions to the learned Member, Industrial Court, Aurangabad to decide ULP Complaint No. 84/2014, in which, I am informed that the recording of evidence has already commenced. The Industrial Court shall also decide an issue as regards, maintainability of the complaint at the behest of the management.

The Petitioners-employer have undertaken that they shall regularly pay the salary to the Respondent-employee and Respondent-employee shall not take any coercive steps including prosecution of the office bearers of the Petitioner-society till decision on such complaint.
