The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.484 of 2023 registered with Rahata Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 337, 341, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/25 of the Arms Act. 3.

It has been alleged against the applicant that he assaulted the injured with iron sickle. However, the injured has dodged it and he suffered the injury on his left palm and left thigh. The injuries were simple. The other crimes registered against the applicant are not the body offences. The weapons used in the crime have been recovered. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicant. There was a previous quarrel between the first informant and the

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant, Amol Avinash Kunde, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount in the above crime, on the conditions that; (a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
