The learned Advocate representing respondent no.6, pursuant to our order dated 13.12.2021, confirms that the bills were submitted on 12.1.2022 and the amounts are credited in the bank account of the petitioner. He further submits that after the salary payable to the petitioner while in service with respondent no.6 school has been deposited in his account, he has been transferred to another place and from the date of he being relieved, respondent no.6 is not responsible to send his bills.

The learned Advocate representing the management respondent no.5 submits that after the petitioner has been transferred, he has not joined the place of transfer. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he has filed an independent petition bearing No.12444 of 2021 for challenging his transfer. The same may be taken for admission hearing.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.

List Writ Petition No.12444 of 2021 for admission hearing on 31.3.2022 in the 'urgent category'.
