The admission of the petitioner was canceled on the ground that the petitioner cannot submit validity certificate. The petitioner was admitted directly to the 2nd year Engineering Course. The petitioner challenged the order cancelling his admission by filing the instant petition.

This Court on 25.04.2019, restrained respondent no.3 from cancelling the admission of the petitioner. It is not disputed that the petitioner has already submitted validity certificate. The respondent no.3-College did not accept it only on the ground that last date of submission of validation is already over.

Considering that the stay was operating in favour of the petitioner restraining the respondent from cancelling the admission and the petitioner also produced validity certificate as required, the impugned notice is quashed and set aside.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
