This matter was heard for a considerable time. Since we indicated our disinclination, the learned Advocate for the petitioner sought a pass over beyond lunch recess to take instructions. 2.

Post lunch, the learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition so as to enable him to apply for a retail outlet allotment from respondent No.2 as and when the advertisement would be issued either for the block Vaijapur-GangapurKhultabad talukas and any other places, if he satisfies the requirement of the advertisement.

The learned Advocate representing the Petroleum Company submits that if the Company finds the petitioner to be most eligible for any particular location pursuant to his application and fulfillment of the conditions of the advertisement, the present litigation would not create any prejudice in the mind of the Corporation. 4.
