Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGP for contesting respondents. The applicants contend that during pendency of this writ petition, respondent No.2 has modified award. Hence, the petitioners wanted to bring those facts on record. The learned AGP submits that it is a subsequent cause of action which could not be brought on record. 2.

Perused the application as well as the prayers in the writ petition. We find that the proposed amendment is in continuance of the earlier writ petition. Therefore, the following order.

ORDER

1.

Civil application is allowed.

2.
