We have heard Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for petitioner. Learned counsel submits that one M/s. Rishu Kishi Industries Private Limited is getting all the contracts. Large scale illegalities are committed. The petitioner is not issued with any contract. 2.
We have asked the learned advocate about the details of the illegalities or how the terms and conditions of the tender are violated or that the number of contracts allotted to that company. Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner had sought for such information but same was not given. First appeal under Right to Information Act is also filed and the same is pending. 1/2

If the petitioner gets some details about the allocation of tenders to the said party, then it would be possible for the Court to consider. In absence of the details, it would not be possible to consider the contention of the petitioner.

The petitioner may after getting the necessary information present the petition with regard to the cause of action as agitated in the present writ petition, in that case, all the contentions of the petitioner are kept open.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
