DATED : 6TH MAY, 2015 ORDER :- The present applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.38/15 registered at Yusufwadgaon police Station, Ta. Kaij, Dist.Beed for the offence punishable under Section 395 of IPC. 2] Heard Shri G.L.Deshpande, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri A.V.Deshmukh, learned APP for the State. 3] The investigation is in progress. The First Information Report is lodged by Gajanan Bhikaji Ade who was Watchman of Krishna Ginning Factory wherein dacoity is committed. From the First Information Report, it is clear that apart from the material lying in the said Ginning factory, Rs.5000/- were snatched. During the course of the investigation, the identification parade is held. The first informant has specifically identified the present applicant who has committed the dacoity at the place. The offence is serious one. The investigation is in progress. In that view of the matter, present Application is liable to be rejected and it is rejected.
