The Petitioner is seeking directions to the effect that the Family Court, Aurangabad, Court No.1 be permitted to adjudicate the application at Exh. 105 pending in Petition No. D - 21/2017. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent submit that they are ready to advance physical hearing, however the Court is not entertaining the application. The urgent matters are heard. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent may appear before the Family Court at Aurangabad on 12.08.2020. The petitioner and respondent will be at liberty to submit written notes of
