As the amount is lying with the Labour Court, Ahmednagar, furnishing of undertaking needs to the satisfaction of the same Court. It is wrongly recorded as Registrar (Judicial) High Court.

The mistake is obvious, which needs to be corrected in para No. 4.

In para No. 4 of the order dated 04th August, 2025 words

2 ca 4250.25 'Registrar (Judicial) of this Court' shall be substituted by "Commissioner cum Labour Court No. 2, Ahmednagar". 5.

Corrections be carried out and corrected copy be uploaded. Motion stands disposed of.
